Pesky Varmints will be completing Cane Toad visits, tentatively scheduled for the following nights:

• Tuesday Night, May 26
• Monday Night, June 29
• Monday Night, July 27
• Monday Night, August 24
• Monday Night, September 28
• Monday Night, October 26

There is no action needed, this is just to notify the community that there will be a crew on site during the nighttime hours anytime between sunset to sunrise on the above-mentioned dates. They will have flashlights on, pointed towards the ground, and will be checking common grounds to remove the pesky Cane toads. The crew can be identified with yellow safety vests/shirts. They will be quiet and discreet so they do not disturb the neighborhood.
*This visit is for the removal of the invasive, poisonous Cane toads only. All other native (or non-native) toads and/or tree frogs are not part of the removal process.
*If any of these dates need to be rescheduled due to weather or any foreseen issues throughout the year, notice will be provided to Board and Management.
