Peppertree Pointe Marina is a private facility owned by the Water’s Edge community. It is located on the Caloosahatchee River with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.  Saltwater fishing and constant boating activities abound within the expansive Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico for the community to enjoy.

 

PIER:  Among the community’s most treasured amenities is the private waterfront park area.  It is home to a 600-foot pier that extends out into the Caloosahatchee River and provides residents with superb fishing opportunities.  It’s also a wonderful place to view the finest of Southwest Florida’s natural wildlife (dolphin, manatee, eagles, otters, sawfish, etc.). In the evening the pier is where residents can be found taking in the gorgeous colors of the sunset over the river (under construction).

 

PAVILION & PARK:   After a nice stroll on the pier homeowners can sit in the shade of the covered pavilion to rest or meet up with neighbors.  The pavilion has several groupings of tables and chairs for friendly conversation, afternoon/evening meals, reading a good book, etc.  If you would rather be out in the sunshine the waterfront park area also has several picnic tables for afternoon or evening picnics/meals next to the park’s grotto.

 

BEACH:  Just past the waterfront park you will find a small sandy beach for the residents to enjoy. It’s a great place for a beach chair to watch the river, observe the wildlife, and take in the gorgeous Southwest Florida sunsets.
