Open House/For Sale Signs
"Home for sale" or "Open House" signs are not allowed to be placed on Association common property, except on days when the property is conducting on open house. "Home for sale" or "Open House" signs are to be removed from Association common property by the end of the day that an open house is held for the property.
A property for sale may have one "Home For Sale" sign, of an appropriate size, on the front yard of the property.
