Waterfront Park & Marina
RULES AND REGULATIONS
(Rules will be revised upon completion of the rebuilding of the pier)
PIER and MARINA Hours of Operation are from 7:00am to 10:00pm
- The Park, Marina, and Pier are PRIVATE PROPERTY and are amenities for the exclusive use of the residents of Water’s Edge and Peppertree Pointe Associations.
- Only residents, accompanied guests, and registered tenants are allowed access to the facilities, and then only during normal hours of operation.
- Bicycles, skateboards, roller/inline skates and motorized vehicles of any kind are PROHIBITED access to the Pier or Docks except for those specifically designed to assist disabled persons.
- Swimming is PROHIBITED from the Marina Basin, Grotto Pond, and Pier.
- An adult must supervise children under the age of 17 while on Pier or Marina property.
- Fishing is PROHIBITED in the Marina Basin and the Grotto Pond.
- Cast netting is PROHIBITED in the Marina Basin, Grotto Pond, and from the Pier.
- Pets are allowed on the grounds as long as they are accompanied by the resident or their guest and are kept under control by use of a leash as is required per the Lee County Leash Law.
- It is the responsibility of the resident or guest to properly clean up after their pet.
- Any activity within the Waterfront Park and Marina that is found to be objectionable by other residents, such as excessively loud noise or activity that places the facility or its structures at risk in any way will not be tolerated. Law enforcement will be contacted as needed.
- The waterfront property includes a small portion of beach located adjacent to Harbor Place. These Rules and Regulations and Hours of Operation shall also apply to this portion of the beach.
- NO SMOKING allowed within 20 feet of any boat on marina property.
- Open Fires, Grilling, and Fireworks are PROHIBITED in All Areas
