Year End Financial Reports
The "Master" homeowners association in Water's Edge is responsible for the management of the Water's Edge community and collects homeowners fees from each of the 7 neighborhoods in the Water's Edge Community. The Master homeowners association is responsible for maintenance of all community common grounds and facilities including the 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, a marina (the Peppertree Pointe Marina at Water's Edge) a 600 foot fishing pier and a riverfront park. There is no CDD in any of the Water's Edge neighborhoods or the master community. The master association also collects fees from leases of marina slips and dry storage, for boat owners, who are residents of Water's Edge and Peppertree Point.
Water's Edge is unique in the Fort Myers area in that we own extensive waterfront property including a riverfront park, 600 foot fishing pier and an operating marina for the exclusive recreational use of our residents. The Master Water's Edge community maintains strong repair and replacement reserves for the facilities of the Water's Edge community including our waterfront and marina facilities.
